Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the free audit request form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, and website URL. We use that solely to prepare and send your audit and to follow up about it.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This collects standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.
What we do not collect. The free calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Numbers you enter into the P&L calculator, LTV estimator, discount stress test, or forecast confidence check are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. There are no user accounts and we do not process payments through this site.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors and measure sessions. You can block or delete these through your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on, without affecting your ability to use the site. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 — site usage measurement.
- Netlify — website hosting and form submission handling. Netlify processes standard server logs including IP addresses.
- Google Fonts — web font delivery, which involves a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Audit request submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To make any of these requests, email mike.emerson17@gmail.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date at the top of the page.
