Find out how much revenue you may be losing from missed leads.
You may not need more leads first. You may need to stop wasting the calls, forms, quotes, and past customers you already have. This calculator gives you a rough estimate in two minutes.

Why this matters
Most local businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a leakage problem.
Local service businesses spend money to get attention. But revenue is most often lost after the lead arrives — through missed calls, slow form replies, quote estimates that get one touch and disappear, and old customers who never hear from you again. The math is unforgiving: a 15% improvement on the leads you already have usually beats a 15% increase in ad spend, and costs less to achieve.
What this calculator does not model
This tool covers the two most common leaks: missed/slow leads and unfollowed-up quotes. The Revenue Recovery Audit reviews eight more — review generation, past-customer reactivation, dormant-quote recovery, mobile site experience, Google Business Profile, source tracking, owner dashboarding, and CRM hygiene. If the calculator number is meaningful, the audit usually finds at least 2× more recoverable revenue.
Common questions
What's "industry typical" based on?
Rough benchmarks from local-service operator surveys and our own audits: ~15% of inbound leads are missed or slow at typical operators, and ~45% of quotes get one touch or none. Yours may vary by trade and team size.
Why is "recoverable %" hidden by default?
Because most operators don't know it. We default to 15% — a realistic middle estimate for a brand that puts a basic follow-up system in place. You can adjust it under Advanced.
Do I need more leads or better follow-up?
Usually both eventually. But fix follow-up first. Adding traffic to a leaky funnel multiplies waste — your CAC goes up and your booked-job rate stays flat.
Can this be fixed without expensive software?
Usually yes. The fixes are mostly clearer website CTAs, missed-call text-back, faster lead alerts, a 3-touch quote follow-up sequence, and a simple review-request flow. Most of it can run on tools you already have.
